| Most people just learn to live with sore feet. It's rarely a sharp pain, just a dull soreness that prevents you from enjoying your day | Typically Plantar Fasciitis begins gradual as a dull, intermittent pain in the heel and progresses to sharp, persistent pain. | Often, bunion pain is a result of poorly fitting shoes, genetics or medical conditions. Gently stretching the toes can help relieve the pain. |
How Toe Alignment Helps You
Most modern shoes compress your toes, which can lead to discomfort, imbalance, and long-term foot issues. Toe alignment socks gently guide your toes back to their natural position—helping improve posture, stability, and overall foot health.
Who are The Original Foot Alignment Socks for?
The Original Foot Alignment Socks were originally developed by a retiree as a way for her to live a more active life with less foot pain. It was developed with the help of both yoga instructors and a biomechanist for people of all ages including children. It’s important to compensate for this daily foot stress by opening up the toes and allowing them to return to the more natural position.
Over many years, we have lost much of the dexterity of our feet which, it is believed, should be simiar to our hands. By opening up the toes with gentle stretching, it helps to relieve many of the day to day foot pains that many people experience.

FAQs
Q. Are these really unixex?
A. Yes, all of our socks are made to be worn by either men or women. Each one listed with the size chart which is based on shoe size.
Q. Can I wear them all day in my shoes?
A. While some shoes do have a big enough toe box to allow the socks to feet, we really don't recommend them with shoes. To get the most benefit, the toes need to be free to stretch out to where they were naturally meant to go. As fas as wearing them all day, if you are comfortable with them for longer stretches of time, there isn't really any reason that you couldn't wear them all day, but it is not necessary.
Q. How do I choose a size?
A. Size is based on shoe size, not sock size. Each sock listing has a size chart included for both men's and women's sizes.
Socks are stretchy so they will accommodate a range of overlapping sizes and if you are in-between sizes, consider your foot width. Narrow feet would be fine to go down while wide feet can go up. If you like your socks a little looser, then you can go up as well.
Extra Large is only available in Light Grey, Charcoal and Green/Black. XXL is only available in Charcoal
Q. How long before I notice a the benefits of wearing foot alignment socks?
A. It depends on what kind of improvement you are expecting. Your feet should feel better after the first week of wearing the socks. You will still have the bunion, but you will feel much better because you’re in a lot less pain.
Q. I am a diabetic, can I wear these socks?
A. We tend to recommend our Off-White socks for diabetics since they have no dye colorants. The reason for this is that many diabetics have some form of nerve damage or poor circulation, and injuries to the foot can go unoticed by feel. The white color makes it easier to see issues like bleeding or wound drainage.
