At Happy Feet Company, we understand that our product may not help everyone and that it takes time for it to be effective.  We want you to give them a try for an extended period of time.  If, for any reason you are not happy with your order within 60 days of purchase, please click  "Return/Exchange" below to process.

Return/Exchange

If you chose the option for Free Returns and Package Protection when checking out, your return will be completely free.   If you did not choose this option, you can also use the link to get a return label for a minimal cost.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item.  Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 3 days of receipt.  Please allow 5-7 days for your payment method to post the credit.

Order Errors

If you received the wrong item, the wrong size, or a manufacturers defect, we will be happy to replace them for you at no charge.  Simply click the Return/Exchange button above.
