While The Original Foot Alignment Socks seem like a simple product we have found that get the best results from them, it is best to provide a bit of extra instructions.

First off is to make sure that you have the socks on the correct feet.  You will notice that there is a foot embroidered on the top of the socks near the toes.  There will be a left foot and a right foot and these do indicate which foot the sock is designed for.  While the spacers are pretty close in thickness, they do vary in length which helps them to stay in place.
