At Happy Feet company, we understand that our product may not help everyone and that it takes time for it to be effective. We want you to give them a try for an extended period of time. If, for any reason you are not happy with your socks within 60 days of purchase, please contact us for return instructions by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Once the socks are returned, we will issue you a refund of your product.
If you received the wrong item, the wrong size, or a manufacturers defect, we will be happy to replace them for you at no charge.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with either an order number or confirmation of name and address of purchaser.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received an expected refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it is replacement of an incorrect shipment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
